Sierra studied Non-Profit Recreation at Winona State University. She moved to Colorado to work for an adaptive recreation organization from 2014-2016. Her favorite part of working with campers is seeing the smiles on their faces when they accomplish something they thought was never possible. Sierra is excited to work with the seasonal staff and volunteers to ensure participants have a positive experience at True Friends.

Amanda has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Winona State University and began working for True Friends in November 2013. Her professional passions include talent acquisition, advising teens and young adults, and providing limitless opportunities for people with disabilities. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, Sunday brunch, Netflix marathons, good books, and exploring new places with her camera.
