Earn $20.75 per hour leading groups through a variety of team building activities, while gaining valuable leadership experience in a fun camp environment. We’re currently hiring for spring, summer and fall availability.





What We Offer
True Friends pays $20.75 per hour for the Team Building Facilitator role and offers paid training at $17.42 per hour. Our locations for this position include Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie and Camp Friendship in Annandale.

What You'll Bring to the Table
As a Team Building Facilitator, you’ll help bring learning to life through outdoor and experiential education at True Friends, a nonprofit dedicated to providing life-changing experiences that build independence and confidence for people of all abilities.
This part-time, flexible role is an excellent fit for substitute teachers, education majors, outdoor education students, retired educators, or anyone passionate about hands-on learning. Based at Camp Eden Wood in Eden Prairie, you’ll work with schools, youth groups, and organizations seeking meaningful outdoor experiences—without the long drive from the Twin Cities.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate team-building activities and outdoor education activities for diverse groups
- Lead experiential learning that supports communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Assist with program planning and activity development
- Set up, take down, and maintain ropes course and outdoor education equipment
- Support participants of all ages and abilities in a safe, encouraging environment
Schedule
- Part-time with flexible hours
- Hours: Generally, between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Passionate for working with individuals of all ages and abilities
- Ability to move in a wide range of motion
- Ability to move continually during work hours
- Must pass an organizational background check
- Comfortable leading groups and navigating group dynamics
