EricEric Sage, Director of Respite
Having a fondness for the outdoors goes much further than a four-year degree for Eric. It’s become an integral part of his life. Eric strives to live a life of adventure. Whether he’s backpacking across Central America, dog sledding in the Boundary Waters, or leading camping trips for High School students in Montana, He strives to help others live their lives to the fullest.
While attending the University of Minnesota to receive his Bachelors of Science, studying Recreation Park and Leisure Studies, Eric worked assisting individuals with disabilities where he found his true calling. For the last eight years Eric has been developing his skills in Program and staff development. Now with the opportunity to combine his two passions of assisting others to live life to the fullest, and the outdoors, Eric feels that he has found his home at True Friends.
