Understanding the Need
After more than 50 years of use, the current pool and gym can longer support the thousands of participants we serve annually. They are old and beyond repair, and the existing systems, such as water heaters and pool systems, are outdated. While the current building structure is up to code, the need for a new building is greater than ever.
The need to provide excellent facilities and services for our participants is the driving force behind the overall project, and there are imminent threats to our existing facilities. Now is the time to build a new pool and gym.

The new Recreation Center will provide enhanced accessible amenities for individuals of all abilities to continually improve the experiences we provide. Pending fulfilled financial goals, construction would begin in Fall 2025.

- Modern splash pad features
- Zero-entry accessibility
- Therapeutic temperature control
- The new gym will include:
- Enlarged court
- A stage for performing arts
- Space for loved ones to observe activities
