Prepare for Your Trip
Luggage: Please limit your luggage to one carry-on item and one suitcase or bag, and pack items in a suitcase that the traveler can carry or roll themselves. We recommend bringing travel size toiletries. All toiletries should be packed in a plastic bag and placed in your checked bag. No liquids, gels, or lotions are allowed in the carry-on bag when flying.
Please adjust items on the packing list as necessary to fit your specific trip. Trips vary in length, so you may need to adjust the quantity of clothing items, bring warmer clothing based on the time of year, bring swimwear if going swimming, etc.

How to Register
Application Received
Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming we
have received it. All applications will be on hold until the required documents
are received. Each application will be reviewed by Travel staff to ensure we can
provide a safe and successful experience.
Application Review
Once your application has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.
A follow-up email will be sent once we have a full trip in which you will receive a
Trip is a Go email notifying that your trip is confirmed and will take place. About
two weeks prior to departure, you will receive a trip itinerary with details of your
upcoming vacation.
