Our High Ropes Challenge Course is a powerful team building experience in Minnesota that builds confidence, trust, and team support. Participants navigate elevated elements while encouraging and supporting one another from the ground and the course itself. Individuals are challenged to push their personal limits while learning how teamwork, communication, and trust contribute to collective success—key outcomes for leadership teams, workplace groups, and organizations.

The perfect program for when you’re looking to get out of the office but can’t make it to our challenge course. Our portable events come to a location of your choosing, whether at a park, school, or in and around the office building, we can provide meaningful teambuilding options for your team.

Come brave the snow and discover our most popular activities, reimagined for winter or adapted for the indoors.

Continue to challenge your team all year round, no matter the weather. This 4-hour Odyssey takes our signature program into our gymnasium but still includes a combination of ground-based initiatives and climbing.

Duration: 4 hours
Activity: Combines both ground-based initiatives and an indoor climbing wall

Prepare to embark on a true Minnesotan excursion. Journey through challenging ground activities and elements guided by our facilitators. Set your own goals as you attempt various high rope elements and learn to brave the outdoors through Fire Building or Shelter Building.

Duration: 4-5 hours
Activity: Includes learning basic orienteering, knot tying, and belaying skills while building a fire, building a shelter, and navigating high ropes activities

Outdoor Skills Packages
Explore the woods, work as a team while you learn survival and wilderness skills.

Activities: Fire building and orienteering OR shelter building and knot tying
Cost: $30 per person
Step into a shared wilderness story where your group works together to navigate challenges, adapt to new situations, and build confidence in the outdoors. By learning and practicing all four core outdoor skills, your group will gain the abilities needed to brave the wilderness with minimal equipment.
Duration: 6 hours
Activity: Fire building, orienteering, shelter building, and knot tying
Cost: $45 per person






Prepare Your Team
2-3 weeks prior to your scheduled event, a True Friends Team Building representative will reach out with pertinent information for your day such as meeting spots, pre-splitting groups, any adaptive needs, etc.
We will be out on the course rain, snow, or shine. In the event of severe weather, we will plan for indoor programming when possible, or reschedule for the next earliest availability. Please plan to participate rain or shine!
Chaperones: Plan to have one chaperone for every 10-15 individuals under 18.
