Summer Camp Volunteering
Summer Volunteering operates at most locations from June – August, annually
True Friends’ volunteer programs offer young people and adults a unique and well-rounded opportunity. Through volunteering with our core programs, individuals are engaged in activities that lead to personal growth, self-discovery, and leadership development.

Volunteers work directly with staff assisting participants’ involvement in a diverse range of activities such as swimming, arts & crafts, music, nature study, sliding, rock-climbing, and other fun camp based activities. People who share their time with our agency tell us it’s the experience of a lifetime!

As a Volunteer, you will support program assistants in planning, preparing, leading, and evaluating accessible programming ranging from arts and crafts sessions to pumpkin decorating all while helping to build and strengthen family connections.
