Team-building | Team-Quest Intern (accepting all applications) Camp Eden Wood
Be responsible to the Director of Team Quest to ensure a safe, enjoyable and beneficial ropes course experience for clients. Team Quest provides an experience based mentor-ship of each position required to successfully operate Team Quest’s programs.
Interns will start from the ground up learning the qualifying skills of a Challenge Course Facilitator; responsible for guiding a group safely through the high and low ropes course. Next interns will learn the requirements of Lead Facilitators: responsible as the group liaison, challenge course set up, rescue trained and course maintenance. Then Interns shadow the Assistant Director learning group and staff scheduling, completing group reservations, sales, staff training and evaluation. Finally Interns will be mentored by the Director they will get an understanding of policies, procedures, ACCT and ACA standards, program development, course building, course maintenance, sales and marketing. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of tasks/projects that address the needs of the TF IT department and to facilitate a learning opportunity for the individual. Interns will be offered real world experience with a large non-profit, challenging projects and training opportunities, business casual environment, the opportunity to experience a variety of IT tasks to help validate future school and area of choice.
